Refund, Deferral and Donation Form

We thank you for your trust in us to enroll for the 2020 summer, even if we can't open as planned. We are prepared to issue full refunds for 2020 tuition paid to date. We are also offering the option to carry forward some or all of your tuition paid to 2021.

Now that Timanous is a nonprofit organization, we rely on the philanthropic support of our community to meet our mission. As you can imagine, suspending operations this summer will have a very significant impact on our financial standing. We respectfully ask that you consider converting all or part of your tuition payments into a charitable gift.

Please fill out the form below by June 1 to indicate how you would like us to handle the tuition you have paid for 2020. You can view your tuition payments made to date in CampMinder. We will follow up with you directly if more information is needed.     Tuition Options
    • We understand many families are facing unique circumstances. Garth will work with you on a plan that is right for your family.​
    • ​Deferred payments of $500 secure enrollment for next summer at the 2020 tuition rate. We will ask you to register by September 1 for a specific session and to complete the $1,000 deposit. If at that time your son is no longer able to attend, we will process a full refund of your deferred tuition.
    • Tuition payments converted to donations are tax deductible.
